The School of Law, Quaid i Azam University Islamabad, and the International Dispute Resolution Institute have signed a Memorandum of Understanding today to strengthen collaboration in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Hafiz Aziz ur Rehman, Director, School of Law, Quaid i Azam University Islamabad, and Barrister Zopash Khan, Co Chair, International Dispute Resolution Institute. Under this MoU, a wide range of joint initiatives will be undertaken to promote ADR awareness, training, and capacity building, with a focus on developing professional skills, institutional linkages, and practical learning opportunities for students and legal professionals.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Zafar Nawaz Jaspal, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, Mr. Adil Aziz Qazi, Advocate, Mr. Khalid Taimur, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center, Dr. Salma Malik, Director External Linkages QAU, Mr. Qatadah Jamal Advocate, Dr. Alam Zeb, Assistant Professor, School of Law, and Mr. Wajdan Bukhari, Assistant Professor, School of Law.

This partnership reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to strengthen ADR culture and expand structured learning and professional development platforms in Pakistan.
