A one-day training workshop on the socio-legal method of legal research commenced today at the School of Law, Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU). The workshop is part of a series of nationwide events organized under the Law & Justice Commission of Pakistan’s research project, in which Mr. Arshad Nawaz Khan, Assistant Professor at QAU, serves as Principal Investigator.
The project aims to reorient legal research methods in Pakistan, making them more responsive to the needs of society. The session was led by Prof. Dr. Hafiz Aziz ur Rehman, Prof. Dr. Sohail and Mr. Arshad Nawaz Khan. Faculty members from QAU, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Bahria University, Mizan Institute of Legal Studies, and other institutions participated in the workshop.
