The School of Law at Quaid-i-Azam University (@QAU_Official) has embarked on an innovative collaboration with the Legislative Drafting & Research Clinic, part of the Tapdveen Project at Mantaq Center for Research (@Mantaq_). This landmark partnership was solidified with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Prof Dr Hafiz Aziz ur Rehman, Director of QAU School of Law, and Ms Farzana Yaqoob, CEO Mantaq.
The collaboration marks an exciting new chapter in legal education and research, bringing together the academic prowess of School of Law at QAU and the expertise of Tadveen Project. Under the terms of the MoU, both institutions are committed to fostering a synergistic relationship aimed at enriching the legal landscape through a variety of initiatives.
The collaboration will encompass a range of activities including student, faculty, and expert training sessions, joint research projects spanning from short to long term, collaborative publications, and engagement opportunities for students. As a result of this partnership, Quaid-i-Azam University will emerge as one of the academic partners of Mantaq Center for Research.
Prof Dr Hafiz Aziz ur Rehman, Director of QAU School of Law, expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “This collaboration aligns perfectly with our mission to provide students with practical legal education and research opportunities.
